Creating textured paper style backgrounds

You can easily create a textured paper style background in your choice of color using a pattern.

1. First create a rectangle object on your page to hold the background.
2. With the rectangle selected, choose Fit to Page from the Arrange menu.
3. Set the desired Fill Color using the Inspector.
4. Select a pattern using iRemember ClipArt.
5. Drag and drop the pattern into the “pattern well.”
6. Lock the background so you do not change it by accident.
