The Tools Palette has nine tools: Arrow, Grabber, Rectangle, Oval, Shape, Line, Text, Rubber Stamp, and Zoom. These tools let you create objects, modify objects, or change the zoom level of the active scrapbook.

You can show and hide the Tools palette using the Show/Hide Tools command in the Window menu.
